Shaker Heights City School District Facilities Assessments & Master Planning

VAA worked in conjunction with Legat Kingscott, to conduct a comprehensive facility assessment and development of a master plan on behalf of Shaker Heights City School District, which responded to the facility needs for a high performance teaching and learning environment. The assessment encompassed 14 buildings totaling over one million square-feet. The findings were compiled into a master report detailing all issues and recommendations for improvements, along with their associated costs and prioritization. This report is being used to establish benchmark criteria for incorporation into the master planning process, which focuses on long term educational success based on 21st Century Learning principles.
