Village of Bratenahl Service Garage and Salt Dome

VAA provided Criteria Architect services for the demolition and construction of a new Service Garage and Salt Dome for the Village of Bratenahl. This project features a 9,600 SF service garage that includes a four bay vehicle garage, shop area, office, locker rooms, bathrooms, and lunch room. Also constructed was a salt dome with a capacity of 350 tons spanning 850 SF. Both above and beneath ground utility lines were reworked and repaired, access to facilities and parking was paved, and provisions were provided for a gas fueling station, water and fuel tanks, outdoor material storage, lock up area for confiscated vehicles, dumpsters, and community recycling bins.
