St. John Medical Center, a 50/50 partnership between the Sisters of Charity Health System and University Hospitals, is a provider of Catholic healthcare and serves as a teaching hospital for the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. The $52 million master plan implementation spanned 258,000 SF and included a combination of new construction and renovation projects.

Scope included the out-patient entrance and lobby, imaging, laboratory, operating rooms, biometrics, and ancillary areas such as restrooms and staff lounges. All updates were made in accordance with St. John Medical Center’s master plan and reflect the facility’s faith-based mission.
