The project consisted of furnishing three cottages which included the
selection, specification and purchasing of interior finishes and furnishings.
The project included wall finishes, floor finishes, window treatments, lighting
and furniture. Van Auken Akins’ Basic Services consisted of three phases:
Design, Documents, and Contract Administration.
