Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Art Display Gallery

VAA designed new finishes for the airport’s art display gallery, including all of the graphic panels and a ceramic tile floor which consisted of three different tiles and features an inlaid CLE seal. The art display system affords glass protection for the art, including a suspension system with interchangeable components for updating collections.

The gallery, located on the lower terminal level, was named after the late Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones, a Cleveland native and the first African-American woman elected to Congress from Ohio. VAA designed a permanent museum-quality exhibition to honor her legacy for the entrance of the space, educating travelers about her roles as a county prosecutor, a judge, and a supporter of the arts.
